For our People & Culture team, we are looking for a Senior People Partner & Talent Acquisition partner (m/f/x) who is passionate about driving employee engagement and building organizational scalability while at the same time has a positive impact on the environment. You will be a sparring partner to People Managers and Hiring Managers for Marketing, Finance, Strategy and Supply. Key piece of your role will be to build deep connections with the teams. You will partner with senior leaders by advising, guiding and supporting them to a variety of strategic people topics.

Who You Are

• You hold a degree in Psychology, HR, Marketing, Sociology or similar
• You have 3+ years of experience as an People Partner or HR generalist in a constantly changing environment in a company that grows
• Good working knowledge of Austrian & European employment law and HR best practice
• You had recruitment experience for a variety of roles & you are candidate experience enthusiast
• You are structured and consider metrics to be essential for streamlining processes
• You love tracking recruiting activities and working in an OKRs environment
• Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels and treat everyone as equal
• You are deeply empathetic and solution-oriented
• You are fluent in English & German
• You don’t use the term „That doesn’t work“
• You care about the world and want to spend your time making a difference

What You'll Do

• You act as a sparring partner for the team and the management in strategic and operational HR issues
• You represent your teams interests and work closely together to keep our high standards in culture, collaboration and efficiency
• Drive the smooth implementation of the refurbed's performance cycle across a variety of departments; support both people managers and team members
• Work with the L&D team and the people managers on building Culture (workforce sustainability, health, well-being, DEI).
• Advise leaders on policies and implication in collaboration with the People Operations team
• Lead or participate as a project member on People (HR) initiatives and larger changes
• You will work collaboratively with a team of talented HRBPs and recruiters to continuously share knowledge and improve our strategies
• You ensure a first-class candidate experience by providing timely feedback and transparent communication throughout the whole recruitment process
• You will work as a recruiting expert independently supporting your own recruiting projects
