Technical Writer (f/m/d)

As a Technical Writer, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly documentation for our product. You will collaborate closely with the product development and customer success teams to understand the intricacies of our software and communicate technical concepts effectively to our clients.

Your tasks will include:

‐ Transforming complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences

‐ Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, documentation, release notes, and others

‐ Researching, analyzing, and interpreting technical information from various sources to ensure accuracy and clarity in the documentation

‐ Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and customer success, to gather information and understand product functionality, features, and updates

‐ Coordinating external translators to ensure an excellent Cosuno product experience in any language

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should have:

‐ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry

‐ You speak German on a native level (with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and grammar, also in English)

‐ Strong understanding of software documentation best practices and familiarity with industry standards

‐ Proven experience working with B2B SaaS products, demonstrating a deep understanding of software functionality and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

‐ Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the documentation deliverables

‐ You have experience with the tools we are using like Figma and Lokalise

‐ Copywriting/translation background is a plus
