RoomPriceGenie, a leading pricing automation solution for independent hoteliers, is hiring a German-based Regional Director of Sales Operations to expand their customer base and increase brand awareness in the German market. The role involves creating new business opportunities, networking with industry stakeholders, attending events, and working with a Go-To-Market team. A strong network in the German hotel tech and hospitality industry, experience in similar roles, and excellent communication skills in German and English are required.
Your responsibilities
- You will create new partnerships with Hotel tech partners and nurture existing ones.
- Visit hospitality-related events and network with stakeholders in the industry.
- Work together with a Go-To-Market team consisting of SDRs and Sales & Revenue managers.
- Maintain a close cooperation with their partners to further develop their presence in the market.
- Monitor competitors and current market trends.
- Keep track of customer success in their CRM tool and implement automation tools where you see a benefit.
- Impact how a fast-growing start-up further develops by trying your own approaches and ideas.
- Strategically select and attend a series of hotel expos and partner events in Germany.
- Present RoomPriceGenie at selected events.
- Create physical relationships in the market by networking, creating more brand awareness, and bringing in new leads.
Qualifications
- A strong network in the German hotel tech and hospitality industry is a must.
- You live in Germany and able to travel locally.
- You have experience in hotels and the hotel tech side of the industry.
- You have experience in similar roles developing the German market.
- Ideally, you have a degree in business or hospitality.
- You are enthusiastic, passionate, and eager to learn.
- You possess excellent communication skills.
- You speak fluent German and English.
- Youāre used to working with targets.
