Procuros GmbH is looking for a Head of Customer Solutions & Success (m/f/x) to be the face towards their customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from the company's product. In this role, you will build and lead a team, foster positive customer relationships, oversee onboarding, troubleshoot technical difficulties, and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in a B2B role, technical understanding, strong communication skills, and team leadership experience.
Your responsibilities
- Act as the face towards customers, ensuring business value
- Foster positive relationships with customers
- Oversee onboarding, integration, and support
- Troubleshoot technical difficulties and lead technical meetings
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech teams
- Build, manage, and grow a team of stellar talent
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a B2B Customer Solutions, Support, or Success role
- Coding or data science experience
- Experience building relationships with various customer types
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Prior experience leading a team
- Fluency in German and English
