Working Student (f/m/d) Salesforce Administration

As a working student (f/m/d) at Trusted Shops, you will gain experience and insights in a dynamic and international environment. There are a wide range of opportunities and a high degree of creative freedom to contribute your own ideas and participate in exciting projects.

• Process Automation – Be actively involved in the implementation of larger Salesforce projects and drive smaller implementations independently
• Data Analysis – Dig into the Salesforce data model and create the insights that we need to build the best solutions for our customers
• Team Collaboration – Solve Salesforce-related problems together with a team of experienced Salesforce specialists and in cooperation with a variety of internal stakeholders
• End-User Support – Act as a central point of contact for our various user groups and support them with their daily challenges and questions
• Ownership – Take over responsibility in the team and system as quickly as possible and drive them forward with your own ideas

Your profile

• You still have at least 2 semesters ahead of you - a degree in computer science or business administration is an advantage but not a must. Indispensable prerequisites are motivation, an eye for detail, a good grasp and independent work!
• You have an analytical mindset and a certain affinity for technical systems and processes.
• First professional experience with hands-on Salesforce administration is a plus.
• High degree of personal responsibility & reliability.
• You like to work in a high pace team and interact with international colleagues.
• Very good knowledge of English is a must. Speaking/Understanding German is an advantage.
