Team Lead Accounts Payable (f/m/d)

As team leader of the currently three-person accounts payable team, you will manage your employees independently and develop them both professionally and personally. You ensure the necessary transparency through a high level of active communication and support your team in day-to-day operations. • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the accounts payable team
• Responsibility for staff development and motivation
• Main responsibility for the day-to-day business in the accounts payable department
• Collaboration in the further development of balance sheet and financial accounting processes
• Collaboration in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Preparation, processing and evaluation of financial data

Your profile

• A successfully completed degree with reference to finance/accounting or a commercial apprenticeship (ideally as a tax clerk), subsequent further training in balance sheet accounting is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in financial/balance sheet accounting or auditing
• Several years of management experience - ideally in an international and hybrid work environment
• Structured and analytical way of working
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, as well as a confident handling of the common MS Office applications
