Senior UI/UX Designer

Your Mission

• Communicate and present design solutions to internal and external stakeholders
• Consider emerging web trends, best practices, and UX/design principles when using your creative side to create UX and UI designs. Your options are only limited by your ability to use our cutting-edge web technology and our developers' competence.
• Work closely in cross-functional collaboration with the PO, machine learning, developers, and customer success.
• Design the product in a user-centric way, with the user journey in mind. (Storytelling, customer journey, interaction principles)
• Create the best customer UX and make the product as easy and intuitive to use
• Identify customer needs and problems and come up with creative solutions in the form of hypotheses to implement.
• Understand the potential of our product and use it to build the UI of the product

Your Profile

• Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree at a top-tier university or similar work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI visual design in a high-growth startup environment or agency.
• Track record and proven success in the development of B2B SaaS platforms and brands as a UX/UI Designer.
• Understanding of atomic design, as well as the creation and maintenance of a design system (design principles, a library of design patterns, a style guide, etc.) as a single source of truth.
• Excellent skills in communication, structured working, decision-making as well as analytical thinking.
• Familiar with design thinking, research methodologies, and analyzing user behavior.
• First experience in AI, Machine Learning or Software Development.
• Fluent in English and ideally in German.
