TradeLink, a remote-first company, is hiring a Senior Strategic Sales Manager (m/w/d) to lead end-to-end processes in their Go-to-Market team. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects in the logistics space, using your consultative sales approach to understand their strategic objectives and align them with the TradeLink platform. Collaboration with the BDR team, GTM team, CEO, and other internal teams will be key to your success.
Your responsibilities
- Owning the sales pipeline from discovery to closing
- Developing expertise in inbound and outbound logistics across various industries
- Building sincere relationships with prospects and customers
- Collaborating with the BDR team to evaluate and create opportunities
- Representing TradeLink at selective events
- Building direct relationships with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in consulting, business development, or comparable roles
- Expertise in logistics or supply chain management
- Ability to analyze business problems and build convincing cases
- Experience in managing organizational decision-making processes and handling multiple stakeholders
- High hunger for success, persistence, resilience, and proactivity
- Fluency in German and English
