(Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Performance marketing plays a pivotal role in Xentral's go-to-market strategy. We are actively seeking an experienced performance marketing expert who can help us accelerate demand generation and elevate our performance marketing efforts to new heights. In this role, you will take charge of our performance marketing strategy, aligning it with our overarching business plan. Your responsibilities will include defining the strategy and hands-on management of all our paid channels, with an initial focus on SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and Paid Social.

As our marketing team is still in its growth phase, you will have a unique opportunity to shape and influence various aspects of marketing. Your contributions will not go unnoticed, as you'll enjoy high visibility among Xentral's senior management and have the opportunity to drive critical strategic decisions.

Your Tasks

• You manage the entire performance marketing campaign lifecycle, with an initial focus on SEA (Search Engine Advertising)
• You identify and execute opportunities for rapid expansion in both new and existing channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ad Manager
• You identify additional demand capture sources, such as review pages (e.g., Capterra, OMR Reviews).
• You lead and implement experimentation, including A/B testing for landing page improvements, ad copy, creatives, new campaigns, and channels, working closely with our designer
• You analyze data daily to monitor and optimize channel performance, and create data-driven, performance-oriented campaigns
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including organic growth, design, and sales, while managing budgets, media planning, and confidently presenting performance insights

Your profile

• You have substantial experience in growing performance marketing for B2B, with SaaS experience as a strong advantage
• You possess exceptional expertise in hands-on management of Google Ads
• You have a proven track record of working with critical paid social channels, particularly Meta (formerly Facebook) and LinkedIn
• You thrive in dynamic environments and would be an ideal fit for a scale-up company
• You are highly quantitative, analytically driven, and comfortable with tools like Excel and big data analytics. Additionally, you have a hands-on mentality, combining strategic thinking with direct implementation. Fluency in German is essential, given our focus on the DACH region
