Your mission includes conducting coaching sessions, call monitoring, language fluency in German, English, Romanian, French, or Italian, and leading engaging online workshops. Your responsibilities
- Oversee up to 25 freelance customer agents, providing guidance and support
- Conduct individual coaching sessions, call monitoring, and identify strengths/areas for improvement
- Analyze training needs, coordinate participation in relevant courses, and reflect on progress
- Lead engaging online workshops and project onboarding sessions
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and report successes to Operations Manager
Qualifications
- Successfully completed education with experience as a team leader, coach, or quality manager in customer service
- Proven leadership skills, excelling at motivating and supporting remote teams
- Excellent communication skills, conducting coaching sessions effectively
- Fluency in two or more languages, including German, English, Romanian, French, or Italian
- High standards for quality, diligent and systematic work ethic
- Confident and assertive demeanor, thriving in cross-functional and intercultural teams
- Strong initiative, drive for success, and a sense of humor
