We Love X GmbH is hiring a Product Operations Manager (m/w/d) to execute A/B testing, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize conversion and monetization on their websites. The role requires familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, experience with CMS, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with others. Your responsibilities

• Execute A/B testing roadmap on scale to improve website conversion across multiple verticals within WLX
• Utilize data, interpret and present results to the Product Manager, and come up with content and UX improvements for WLX's websites
• Document A/B test learnings in detail for future reference
• Analyze and report web vitals, web taxonomy, and business performance of WLX’s websites
• Write user stories for the engineering team and collaborate with them to ensure task completion
• Work closely with the Product, Content, and Marketing team at WLX to set overall priorities using data and insights
• Perform site audits to ensure website hygiene and proactively work on the fixes along with the development team

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in web analytics, ideally in e-commerce, SaaS, or affiliate industry
• Familiarity with common analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Experience with CMS, with Wordpress experience being a bonus
• Ability to execute iterative A/B testing strategies
• Self-reliance, results-orientation, and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with other departments
• Proficiency in English, with German being a bonus
• Enjoyment of working in a rapidly changing, fast-moving organization with startup energy
