Checkmk GmbH is hiring a part-time People Operations Manager - Payroll & Contracts (m/f/d). You will be responsible for preparing national and international payroll, providing advice on labor and contractual matters, creating HR documents, working with international lawyers on employment contracts, and supporting the development of Personio. A degree in payroll accounting, human resources, business administration or labor law, experience with international payroll, several years of experience in labor law personnel function, responsible and structured work style, and fluency in German and English are required.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing national and international payroll in cooperation with service providers
• Providing advice to employees and managers on labor and contractual matters
• Creating, further developing, and checking HR documents
• Working with international lawyers on the creation of bilingual employment contracts
• Keeping contracts up to date and developing them further
• Supporting the further development of Personio, their personnel management system

Qualifications

• A degree or further training in payroll accounting, human resources, business administration or labor law
• Experience with international payroll accounting
• Several years of experience in a labor law personnel function
• Responsible and structured way of working
• High quality standards
• Fluency in German and English
