Your Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in coordinating trade shows and events attendance to support our sales team's success. This includes managing event registration, overseeing booth logistics, facilitating kickoff meetings, defining clear objectives, and executing meticulously crafted event strategies.
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies designed to deliver exceptional results. Your focus will be on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and driving revenue growth.
- Leverage your analytical skills to dissect marketing data and performance metrics. Your mission will be to set up and fine-tune marketing campaigns, ensuring they have a maximum impact on our target audience.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to gain in-depth insights into their needs. Your role will involve providing essential marketing support geared toward driving lead generation and conversion.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, allowing you to effectively plan, execute, and oversee various marketing initiatives, including events and campaigns.
- 3 or more years of experience with event planning and execution.
- Proven track record of generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in a B2B Enterprise or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Resident in the EU and authorized to work.
Nice to have
- Experience in the healthcare or health tech industry.
- Understanding of the concepts of machine learning and AI
- Proficiency in additional European languages (especially German and Hungarian).

The minimum salary for this position is according to the IT collective agreement (EUR 2.854,- gross monthly salary for full-time employment). Willingness to overpay is given and depends on the respective qualifications and experience. On top of that, we also let all our employees participate in our Virtual Stock Option Plans (VSOPs).
