For our Performance Marketing team we are looking for an Interim Teamlead Paid Social (m/f/x) as a maternity leave cover (approximately 12 months). In this position you will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and be responsible for leading 3 people.

Who You Are

• You have at least 3-5 years of work experience in operational campaign management with a focus on social advertising and ideally experiences in Affiliate Marketing
• You are experienced in managing a team and have great people management skills
• You are proficient in managing Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest advertising
• You worked in e-commerce/for a marketplace before and have an affinity for people and their online purchasing behavior
• You have a testing/learning mindset and love making data-driven decisions
• You love to work with data and statistics (e.g. in Excel, Looker)
• You are a creative problem solver with strong analytical skills and great technical understanding
• You are fluent in English, German is a plus

What You'll Do

• You manage and guide a team of 3 people to challenge and evolve their skills
• You optimize the incremental value of our paid social channels in our core and growth markets
• You collaborate with the Creation team to optimize our creative strategy iteratively
• You set up new campaigns on various social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest
• You optimize campaigns in terms of structure, targeting as well as creative quality
• You are responsible for the collaboration with Meta/TikTok Ads support team to test newest advertising features
• You manage technical aspects (e.g. tracking & data quality, commerce manager, access management)
• You team up with country marketing managers for partnership exploration, discussion, and negotiations for price comparison platforms
• You evolve the current account structure and asses technical solutions to enhance traceability
• You share your insights with the team on a regular basis to consolidate learnings, get feedback, and improve
• You collaborate closely with different teams such as Analytics, Product, Creation, International Markets or CRM

Additional Factors We Appreciate

• Besides English and German you speak additional European languages (e.g. Italian, Swedish, Dutch, Danish)
