Procuros GmbH is hiring a Customer Success Manager (w/m/x) to be the face towards their clients, foster positive relationships, and ensure maximum value from their B2B communications platform. You will lead kick-off meetings, design customer success processes, collaborate with sales, product, and development teams, and have prior experience in a fast-paced B2B environment with technology products. Strong communication, sales, and data skills, as well as fluency in German and English, are required.
Your responsibilities
- Be the face towards clients and foster positive relationships
- Help clients successfully drive business value from products
- Ensure a positive onboarding, adoption, and expansion experience
- Lead and conduct kick-off meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
- Design customer success processes to scale the B2B communications platform
- Collaborate with development team to integrate platform and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to build and improve platform from a customer’s perspective
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B Customer Success or Account Management role
- Prior experience with technology products, ideally SaaS
- Experience in up- & cross-selling, previously held a quota, and consistently reached your targets
- Deeply empathic towards customer needs
- Enjoy finding expert solutions for customer needs
- Team-player and enjoy collaborating with other departments
- Highly organized with an entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
- Problem-solver who seeks to remove hurdles for customer and internal teams
- Strong communication, sales, and data skills
- Fluency in German and English
