You know the importance of positive customer relationships and communicate confidently with business customers. As part of Customer Success Management, you are the first point of contact for all service issues, both for our customers and for colleagues from Customer Success Management. The success of your customers and their online stores is your goal and your motivation - day after day.
- Reactive customer service - You work closely with our Customer Success Management and are responsible for responding to all service issues related to the Trusted Shops membership of our online retailers.
- Structured Customer Communication - You are responsible for organizing inbound calls and emails. You will also assist in the preparation and implementation of various communication campaigns.
- Fast, accurate and prudent - In this role, you are responsible for all inquiries from customers in the DACH market as part of the team and ensure that inquiries are answered quickly and that the Customer Success Managers are informed of critical issues.
- Committed, friendly and forward-thinking - you live classic customer service and are highly structured and analytical. You don't just want to see your customers happy, you want to make them successful!
Your profile
- At least 2 years of experience in active customer communication
- Good understanding of the challenges in the SAAS environment, as well as affinity for the e-commerce industry
- Strong communication skills, structured approach, organizational skills and hands-on mentality
- Ideally already experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- German language skills at native speaker level (C2), as well as very good English skills (C1)
