WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS platform that supports employees to travel and work from anywhere without facing any legal risks. We're on the hunt for talented salespeople to help us triple the growth of WorkFlex in the next few quarters. You will help to achieve the goal by developing relationships with high-quality leads pouring into our pipeline and doing outreach to well-fitted prospects. With the help of a wider sales team, you will strive to convert them into WorkFlex customers.
100+ clients are using WorkFlex already, including Scout24, Biontech, Vodafone, Flix, and others. Together with the sales team, you will contribute to tripling the number of clients and the revenue of WorkFlex within the next few quarters.
šÆ What you will do
ā Take charge of our inbound prospecting efforts and generate a pipeline of sales leads that will turn into quality opportunities and closed business for WorkFlex.
ā Educate and develop leads through a variety of channels, including phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and other innovative campaigns.
ā Dive deep into each lead generation process and support our marketing efforts with your insights and expertise.
ā Use Hubspot to create powerful email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate key accounts.
ā Once you've contacted a potential customer, you'll strive to secure a meeting and move them further down the sales funnel.
ā What you need to succeed
ā German skills on a native level and English skills on a business level. Other language skills are a plus!
ā You have a proactive nature with the ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency.
ā You are confident with your words and able to write emails and sequence campaigns that convert.
ā You must be adaptable and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment where challenges are opportunities.
ā You are willing to build strong relationships with internal and external teams to constantly improve processes and communication workflows.
