Oyster HR is hiring a Business Development Representative (EMEA) (m/w/d) to join their global sales organization and contribute to their mission of creating equal employment opportunities worldwide. As a BDR, you will generate leads, set up meetings, and present Oyster's employment platform to potential clients. The company values teamwork, proactivity, and a passion for remote work. Your responsibilities

  • Create awareness and generate interest for OysterHR among remote-first and remote-open companies
  • Partner with EMEA Account Executives to gain exposure to mid-market deals
  • Set qualified meetings between target buyers and account executives
  • Present and articulate the capabilities of Oyster's employment platform to targeted customers
  • Manage and prioritize work for optimum efficiency and success
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve BDR role effectiveness
  • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of sales experience
  • Ability to generate and manage sales pipelines
  • Experience with Salesforce or another tier-one CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous, distributed, and global atmosphere
  • Prior experience selling or talking to HR personas
  • Experience with digital tools for B2B prospecting
  • Business proficient language skills in Dutch, German, Spanish, Arabic, French, etc (optional)
  • Passionate about remote work (optional)
  • Exposure to sales methodologies (optional)
