As a key member of the team, you will take ownership of the full sales process, acquire new customers, and work with potential and current users to understand their requirements. Your responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full sales process to increase sales and customers
- Understand the industry and customer requirements
- Develop a pipeline through active outreach and relationship management
- Conduct in-depth demos showcasing solutions for customer pain points
- Maintain great relationships with customers through support and guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep the customer at the core of the product
- Manage and track all activity in the CRM, keeping documentation up to date
- Provide forecasts and reporting on customer acquisition and funnel developments
- Work closely with the head of sales to optimize the sales process
Qualifications
- Experience as a Sales Development Representative or Account Executive in software sales
- Preferably with experience in high-velocity or transactional sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with a result-oriented mindset
- Desire to learn and grow
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Initiative to work autonomously with minimal guidance
- Fluency in German and English
