Softr, a profitable and impact-driven no-code platform, is looking for a Visual/Web Designer (m/f/d) to join their remote, diverse team. As a visual/web designer, you will work on brand-related projects, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to improving their brand guidelines. You will create visual assets, maintain visual consistency, and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Your work will help build a next-level visual experience for their brand and website.

Your responsibilities

• Create end-to-end brand design solutions aligning with the brand's identity
• Collaborate with teams to create a consistent visual identity for digital products and online presence
• Propose, create, and develop UI solutions for the website
• Maintain visual consistency across different channels
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to digital brand design and UI
• Design assets for various digital materials
• Establish and fine-tune the marketing design process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a focus on digital and UI
• Proficiency in branding, image editing, web layout design, iconography, color theory, typography, and campaign design
• Experience with no-code website/app building tools like Framer, Webflow, etc.
• Proficiency in using design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud
• Understanding of UX design principles and UI design best practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
• Excellent skills in working independently and collaborating with a team
• Experience in a product-led company or B2B SaaS is a plus
