Technical Account Manager - EMEA (m/w/d)

Airship is seeking a Technical Account Manager - EMEA (m/f/d) to join their team! In this role, you will act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring a high level of responsiveness to customer needs. You will be responsible for coordinating new customer activities, providing world-class support, and partnering with engineering and product teams to resolve customer issues. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of technical client-facing experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to read and write code in Python, Java, or a similar object-oriented language.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate new customer activities with appropriate team members
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers
• Provide world-class support by taking ownership of customer challenges
• Partner with engineering and product teams to resolve customer issues
• Provide assistance writing documentation, knowledge-based articles, and tutorials
• Interface with customers in final stages of contracting with Sales
• Contribute to the development of Technical Account Management policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical client-facing experience
• Working knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line
• Ability to read and write code in Python, Java, Objective-C, or a similar object-oriented language
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to handle a wide range of customer personas and skill sets
• Outcome-based time management skills
• Ability to work in a team environment while working independently
