PowerUs, a company dedicated to building the ultimate career platform for blue-collar workers, is hiring a Tech Lead (m/w/d). You will mentor and lead an engineering team, help scale the business to multiple countries, and implement full-stack solutions. Your strong track record in both frontend and backend development, using tools like Angular, Nest, Typescript, and MongoDB, will be crucial. Your responsibilities

• Mentoring and leading an engineering team.
• Helping to scale our business to multiple countries.
• Implementing full-stack solutions to meet our user's needs.
• Following and iterating on engineering best practices.
• Identifying and proactively addressing challenges on the product.
• Collaborating closely with Product and Design to shape new features.
• Improving the code architecture and delivering high-value solutions.
• Managing projects and taking ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related fields.
• Several years of experience in a senior position with leadership experience.
• Strong track record with frontend and backend development using similar tools to our tech stack.
• Experience with automation, continuous integration, cloud services, and Docker.
• Advanced analytical thinking skills.
• Self-motivated and communicative.
• Deep understanding of agile software development practices.
• Fluent English language skills.
