Senior QA Engineer (f/m/d)

Your Mission

• Develop high-quality test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Utilize testing tools and frameworks effectively to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the timely identification and resolution of defects/bugs.
• Define and implement well-defined test strategies and plans that align with project requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, providing comprehensive test reports and updates.
• Proactively drive process improvement initiatives and implement quality assurance practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and methodologies related to software testing.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software products.
• In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and risk assessment.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and driving innovation in quality assurance practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
