Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail
- In close collaboration with Engineering, Design and UX research you will drive developments, optimisations and innovations for our after sales landscape
- You identify the biggest after sales challenges and bring them to the company to create an experience for customers, agents and sellers which sets us ahead of our competitors
- You permanently measure performance and create an understanding of the factors of the gathered data, use them for decision-making and communicate those decisions transparently
- You constantly develop initiatives and tools to increase the efficiency of the processes related to your area of responsibility
- You create, develop and manage excellent relationships with a network of stakeholders (from the development team, other product managers, business experts, to support to C-Level executives), assess their requirements, communicate and influence
Your profile – this is what we expect from you
- You have experience in digital Product Management and enjoy taking on responsibility – from discovery to delivery
- You are experienced in the development of after sales processes and strategies and understand the importance of an excellent customer service
- You are data savvy and outcome-focused - you know how to ask the right questions and answer them based on data
- You always think customer first, understand the pain points of the end-users, and derive actionable insights from it
- You are a motivated and empathetic communicator who is experienced in collaborating with software development teams and interacting with different stakeholders
- You are willing to embrace our company culture and values and enjoy working in an international, English-speaking team
