Your Role

As (Senior) Product Manager for our Shopping Product team you will be responsible for the end-to-end product process from setting the vision through to understanding our customers biggest challenges to delivering your new ideas to our customers. You make sure that we have a seamless best-in-class customer experience and relevant customer needs are solved in elegant, scalable, and measurable ways.In short: You enable us to bring more than 50,000 cars on the road!

Your Responsibilities

ā€ Own the product vision and roadmap for our shopping product: Re-define and shape the core shopping journey for our B2C customers by promoting FINN and our wide selection of vehicles. With your expertise, you enable website visitors to find their perfect car and convert them into FINN customers.

ā€ Investigate and leverage the customersā€™ perspective: Build in-depth knowledge of our customers, through both qualitative and quantitative sources. Understand where our customer experience is falling short and translate your insight into tangible priorities to test and validate.

ā€ Share your knowledge and enable your peers: You collaborate closely with your multi-disciplinary team of design, engineering and data in the User Acquisition Department to build and iterate on your product together. You close the feedback loop and nurture alignment to create a shared vision.

ā€ Critically question and analyze: With your profound project management skills, you are enabling technology that is solving user issues and achieves team goals. Working jointly with our Tech Lead, you prioritize and define requirements to bring our systems to the next level, while always seizing opportunities for automation.

Your Profile

ā€ Solid experience in full-time product management of customer-facing products, working in collaboration with technical teams.

ā€ Previous experience in an agile, high-growth environment, preferably e-commerce.

ā€ Curiosity and experience to understand customersā€™ needs with the ability to turn them into impactful improvements to our product.

ā€ Highly structured and analytical working style with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights. Data is your friend and validator.

ā€ Outstanding communication skills and the ability to break down complex issues into understandable and actionable steps.

ā€ Strong growth mind-set and the motivation to continuously deliver value with a lean mindset.

ā€ Fluency in English.

ā‚¬63,000 - ā‚¬77,000 a year

This is the salary range for the position. The eventual salary is decided by skillset and seniority level, which is assessed during the application process.
