Senior Growth Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Xentral ERP Software GmbH is seeking a proactive Senior Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on inbound demand generation to help drive their growth story. In this role, you will define and implement a data-driven demand generation strategy, with a focus on SEA, SEO, paid social, retargeting, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of B2B growth marketing experience, deep knowledge of SEA and SEO, and a highly analytical mindset.

Your responsibilities

• Set up and optimize all paid digital channels, with a focus on SEA and paid social.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve SEA performance, including bidding strategies, ad groups, search term tracking, and conversion optimization.
• Define and implement a retargeting strategy to engage leads who haven't filled out any forms.
• Evaluate, define, and implement other digital channels for demand generation.
• Collaborate with an agency to define and implement a content-driven SEO strategy.
• Coordinate technical SEO improvements and monitor agency performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably in a SaaS company.
• Expertise in SEA and SEO, both strategically and operationally.
• Highly quantitative and analytical skills, with experience in Excel and big data tools.
• Hands-on mentality, with a willingness to directly implement strategies.
