RTB House, a global marketing technology company, is hiring a Sales Director (m/w/d) to lead their efforts in the DACH region. In this role, you will directly work with major brands, develop sales strategies, and contribute to revenue growth. This position requires extensive experience in digital marketing, knowledge of e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English.

Your responsibilities

  • Impact the company's strategy and future as a market leader
  • Work directly with top brands and senior decision-makers
  • Create strategies to fulfill clients' needs and acquire new business
  • Handle all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Elevate client relationships at all business levels
  • Deliver high-quality customer relationship management
  • Partner with technical and account management teams
  • Report on ongoing sales processes with existing and potential customers
  • Participate in industry events
  • Collaborate on new product development

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in direct sales in digital marketing
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising
  • Existing network within the industry and key contacts to decision-makers at major brands
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans
  • Ability to understand customersā€™ needs and requirements
  • Developed partnership skills with key stakeholders
  • Highly analytical with a quick absorption of information
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration
