Legal Advisor (Crypto Lawyer) (m/w/d)

Neco Finance is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor with a focus on crypto law to join their team as a Crypto Lawyer (m/f/d). In this role, you will provide legal advice, draft documents, ensure compliance, and collaborate with a remote team on a cutting-edge crypto project with a social and environmental impact. A strong background in corporate law and crypto regulations is required, as well as excellent communication skills and a passion for law and justice.

Your responsibilities

• Providing legal advice and guidance on various legal matters.
• Conducting legal research and analysis.
• Drafting legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
• Representing the company in court or other legal proceedings.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Advising on potential legal risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Maintaining accurate records of client cases and legal documents.
• Collaborating with other legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services.
• Staying up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations and providing guidance accordingly.
• Communicating with authorities and regulators.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a legal advisor, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your skills, including corporate law and crypto regulations.
• Knowledge of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time, while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
• Passion for law and justice, with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
