gridX is hiring a Lead Software Engineer (m/w/d) in Energy Management Systems and Renewable Energies to contribute to their Energy Management team and help digitize the energy industry. As a key member, you will manage product developments, analyze complex energy systems, and lead cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate product developments within a cross-functional team
• Analyze complex energy systems and data to identify optimization opportunities
• Model energy systems using advanced mathematical techniques
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Guide team members in the application of energy optimization techniques

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of full-time work experience as an energy specialist
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and operating production services
• Strong math skills and practical, results-oriented environment application
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects
• Ability to investigate complex problems and derive relevant information
• Patience and composure towards colleagues, with a desire to take on tasks as a People Lead
