Kaufland e-commerce is hiring a Junior PHP Engineer (m/w/d) to develop their international online marketplace. Your responsibilities

• Proactively develop Kaufland Marketplace and internal services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products for customers
• Stay updated on current trends and technologies in engineering
• Participate in pair programming sessions for knowledge sharing
• Actively contribute to planning and building scalable software solutions

Qualifications

• Completed university studies in IT, engineering, mathematics, or physics, or relevant apprenticeship
• Experience with object-oriented programming, preferably with PHP and modern frameworks such as Symfony, Laravel
• Knowledge of relational databases, such as MySQL
• Understanding of clean coding principles and best practices
• Passion for e-commerce trends and developments
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to embrace company culture and values
• Enjoy working in an international, English-speaking team
