ERP Consultant - Accounting (m/f/d)

Xentral ERP Software GmbH is looking for an Accounting Consultant (m/f/d) to join their Customer Experience Team remotely. You will be the go-to person for all topics concerning Finance and Accounting, working closely with the product team to shape the product. Your main tasks include handling complex requests, developing solutions, providing support, and sharing your knowledge with your peers. Relevant experience includes tax accounting, financial accounting, VAT rules, and experience with ERP or CRM systems.

Your responsibilities

• Handle complex requests concerning accounting topics
• Develop practical solutions to support customers
• Provide support via Ticketing system, email, Zoom, and phone calls
• Gather information, evaluate reported customer concerns, and document them properly
• Share your knowledge on Finance and Accounting with your peers

Qualifications

• Experience with tax accounting, financial accounting, VAT rules, and e-commerce
• Previous experience working with Datev
• Familiarity with at least one ERP or CRM system from a user perspective
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in German (minimum C1) and English
