Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Our mission is to position anynines as a ‘thought leader’ within different markets, sharpen the brand, and reach customer groups from the B2B environment through targeted marketing measures. To become more powerful, we are looking for you.

Your core tasks

• You will support the CMO by bringing in your expertise and working actively with him and the team on strategic and operational planning of cross-media marketing strategies.
• With the team’s help, you will implement the created plans into digital marketing activities and execute them (e.g., SEM, SMM, and editorial development for content marketing).
• You share your knowledge in branding issues (strategy and brand presence).
• You’re involved in creating regular (trend) analyses and KPI reports, based on which you and the team develop recommendations for action and measures regarding the commercial achievement of anynines’ goals.
• You evaluate data based on specific KPIs in the various tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Excel, Google Sheets) and derive optimization possibilities for our campaigns and their acquisition budget.

What you can contribute

• A university degree or comparable education, ideally in the field of (digital) marketing, communications and media, or similar.
• At least three years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or B2B environment.
• A proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing processes and activities by using the build-measure-learn methodology with the goal of lead generation.
• Experience in creating and implementing automated reporting.
• Strong analytical skills that allow you to optimize marketing efforts with data-driven thinking.
• Good knowledge of project management methods.
• A precise, independent, and proactive way of working with which you identify and solve problems by initializing and managing projects and leading them to success with the team's help.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English.
