DePIN/Web3 Growth Lead (m/w/d)

EoT Labs is looking for a DePIN/Web3 Growth Lead to take charge of expanding the DePIN ecosystem. You will be responsible for cultivating strategic relationships, developing growth strategies, and representing the company at events. This role requires a strong understanding of the IoT and Web3 ecosystem, as well as excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Join a team of entrepreneurs and visionaries, working remotely with a flexible schedule, and contribute to innovative projects in the Web3 and IoT industry.

Your responsibilities

• Identifying and cultivating strategic relationships with current and potential technology partners and large enterprises
• Developing and acting on collaboration plans for key partners and product adoption plans
• Acting as a liaison between internal teams and strategic partners, communicating about feature requests, product roadmap, and alliance influences
• Speaking regularly in public as the voice for peaq and representing the project at global events
• Engaging startups and growing the peaq ecosystem sustainably
• Closing enterprise-level partnerships
• Working on peaq’s market adoption strategy
• Building senior relationships and leveraging your existing network for the benefit of the company
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify partner opportunities
• Managing an existing ecosystem and Business Development team, and developing a strategy to scale it globally

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a similar role in partnerships or business development at tech companies
• Track record in building long-term strategic relationships, preferably involving open-source software
• In-depth knowledge of the Internet of Things ecosystem and a good overview of the Web3 ecosystem
• Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial drive, and dealmaking skills
• A strong global network and experienced in executive engagement
• Hands-on mentality and creative problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English, with German being a plus
