TradeLink, a remote-first company, is hiring a Content Marketing & SEO Manager (m/w/d) to generate qualified leads and drive organic traffic to contribute to the commercial growth of their collaborative logistics platform. In this role, you will be part of the Demand Squad, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, and will be responsible for creating marketing content tailored to the Ideal Customer Profile's needs, owning SEO & editorial planning, organizing digital content distribution, and more. A successful candidate will have professional experience in content marketing with a focus on growth and/or SEO, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a native level of German skills and fluency in English.

Your responsibilities

• Owning TradeLink’s organic traffic and how to convert it effectively.
• Driving growth by creating marketing matching the ICP needs such as white-papers, social media, blog posts, etc.
• Owning the SEO & editorial planning based on effective keyword and topic clustering.
• Organizing digital content distribution across the best channels to reach and convert our ICP.
• Partnering with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, other teams, and external freelancers to bring the content to life.
• Constantly on the lookout for relevant trends and topics in content marketing to fuel the growth engine and to become more efficient in content creation.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in content marketing with a focus on growth and/or SEO, in a B2B lead generation context.
• Ability to create engaging content tailored for the target audience.
• Highly analytical and able to prioritize effective growth measures based on data.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm about complex topics.
• Experience working creatively, and enthusiasm about trends and new topics in content marketing.
• Well-organized with an independent and proactive way of working.
• Experience with tools like AhRefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Hubspot is a plus.
• Native level of German skills and fluency in English.
