Your role at zolar

‐ Lead and manage a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

‐ Work closely with stakeholders from marketing, sales, finance, and product to understand their business objectives, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop data-driven strategies to achieve their goals.

‐ Define and implement best practices for data analysis, visualization, reporting, and communication across the organization.

‐ Oversee the development of data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.

‐ Continuously evaluate and optimize the team's analytical processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure alignment with industry best practices.

‐ Drive a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting the importance of data analytics and providing training and mentorship to team members.

‐ Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to ensure the availability, quality, and integrity of data sources.

What you will need to bring

‐ Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

‐ 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

‐ Proven experience working with business topics such as marketing, sales, finance, and product.

‐ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

‐ Expertise in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis and manipulation.

‐ Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

‐ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

‐ Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
