TENIOS GmbH is looking for a Business Development Manager with native German and strong English skills to help automate communications for businesses in Germany. As a remote-first company, you will identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, establish strategic plans, and drive sales cycles. You will have the opportunity to work with an international team, learn from the best, and grow as a professional in a fun and inspiring atmosphere.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers within senior management and executive teams
  • Establish strategic plans and objectives to drive desired business growth
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans
  • Drive sales cycles, including prospecting activity, opportunity qualification, developing and piloting, negotiating and closing sales
  • Deliver appropriate presentations on products/services, conducting meetings with clients and strategic partners
  • Keep CRM actual and updated, provide accurate forecast for managing projects
  • Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of business-to-business selling experience in SaaS or software industries
  • Experience in prospecting, qualifying, cold-calling companies, and building high-level business relationships
  • Ability to listen to customer needs and provide value propositions
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills
  • High self-motivation, proactive and ambitious approach in achieving goals
  • Strategic and creative approach to achieve professional efficiency
  • Hunger for learning and active search for opportunities to contribute
  • Native German language skills
  • Advanced English language skills
