Tangany GmbH, a Munich-based technology company, is hiring aBackend Developer (m/f/d) to join their team and take end-to-end responsibility for their blockchain custody product. You will work with a team of experienced developers, support the product owner during the design process, develop scalable & secure backend services, and implement Microsoft Azure CI/CD pipelines. A passion for blockchain is a must, with technical blockchain know-how being an advantage.

Your responsibilities

• Work with a team of experienced developers on Tangany's market-leading custody product.
• Support the product owner during the design process of new products & features.
• Make independent decisions about architecture, software design, and implementations.
• Develop scalable & secure backend services and APIs based on Node.js using TypeScript.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Azure CI/CD pipelines.
• Be responsible for testing, rollout, and go-live of product increments.
• Develop and maintain standards for software development, especially regarding code quality, clean code, automated testing & deployment, diagnostics, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in API design and development with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure environment and Microsoft Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• In-depth knowledge of web architectures, API design & communication with OAuth2-based authentication methods.
• Experience in software security, automated testing, clean code, and design patterns.
• Passion for blockchain.
• English language skills (> B1)
• Ideally German language skills (> A2)
